Many thanks. The librarian in me wants to know when the name, and of course the provenance, was changed from Kano to Hebron. Since I've been into beads, only about 8-10 years, I've known them only as Hebron beads. When I started looking in old Ornaments and other books, the descriptive word was Kano and reference was made to Nigeria. I just want to know who/what/where/when they metamorphasized into Hebron beads. Thanks.. Paula
