Czech molded glass beads to resemble cowry shells.

Real cowry shells were the most popular African currency of all times. In particular, the small and whitesh Cypraea moneta was the most widely used in trades. Attached is an interesting link on shell currency.

Cool little beads. 5mm x 10mm.
